that would be "Home, contact, help, favorite?'
These are probasbly in the file: theme.html
Open the file in a suitable editor on your local machine,
Look for these words and the URLs associated with them.
Change them carefully to reflect what you want.
save your existing theme.html on your server as
old-theme.html (its now a backup!!)
upload the new version.
In admin go to preferences, general settings and check the Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?
click go and test your site.
You may need to delete all contents in templates_C folder also.
