I am adding a subscription module to my XOOPS site and ne thing I cant figure out is this:

If you do not have access to the module because you are not subscibed you get:

Sorry, you don't have the permission to access this area.

I would like to change it to say:
Sorry you are not subscribed to this part of our website.
You may subscribe here.
If the page does not automatically reload, please click here


I would like to change the refresh rate to about 5 to 8 seconds.
