I've been struggling with this for hours and can't get a handle on it. My XOOPS site is at http://www.mainefocus.com/ The bottom panel lines up fine on the home page but with modules, it's narrower. I really want consistency on all my pages.

Is there a tutorial on working with Smarty that might help? I'm not familiar at all with PHP (or Smarty, for that matter); my professional background is handcoding HTML and CSS which I'm very comfortable with. I could make this page in code without problem but that's not the point of CMS, is it?

I can't find any way that I should be modifying the actual modules from my local machine and there don't seem to be any settings for modules other than turning them on and off.

The code for my theme is here: http://www.mainefocus.com/stuff/theme.txt

and for the stylesheet is here:
http://www.mainefocus.com/stuff/style.txt

If I can get more detailed instructions, I'd be happy to start a new theme set from scratch. Smarty?

Anyway, any and all help will be most appreciated.

O.

Hmmm. Don't seen an edit option (probably too long since my post) or a chance to delete this. Soooo....

I've decided to switch to another theme and modify it. It starts out with the width and spacing I want so may work out better.

Anyhow, it's fun to experiment and I'm still delighted at how easy Zoops is to work with and intuit. Very cool and Molsons all around!
