Problem after upgrade 2.0.6 to 2.0.7.3

Hi,
I did a upgrade first from version 2.0.6 to 2.0.7 and then the 2.0.7 to 2.0.7.3 update and now I got some problems :(

1) Dates does not working on site or in admin system they show up in the following format:
_SepEMon11095696512SepMonAMCDTEthCDTR1N11

2) There is "_" characters in the front of links in the admin system e.g.:
_LOGOUT | _YOURHOME
