IE Problem? Can not insert record when in Forum

Hi folks,

Something weird is going on. I installed the latest version of XOOPS and NewBB. I can creat new topics in the forum on both my Windows 98 PC using Internet Explorer 6.0 and Firefox and the same goes for my Windows XP Pro box.

But, at work, where we have a Windows XP Pro box I get an "Insert" error when trying to make a new topic in the forums.

Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
