Hi all,
Im brand new in Xoops, installed it yesterday, but...
after setup (was fine) Im unable to login as admin or do anything else. I have no links on 1st page, nothing but two banners and footer. After enabling debug in DB i can see:

Double checked permissions, files are present in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\xoops\modules\system\templates\blocks
Wiki "blank page" suggestions also didnt helped.

Currently at XOOPS 2.0.9, same thing happened with 2.0.7.3
I did few reinstalls including dropping DB, nothing.

Windows 2003, IIS
PHP ver 4.3.9
MySQL 4.1

Anyone can make some suggestions?
