Changing the Edit User Template?

Hey guys-
Figured out how to edit the templates/blocks in my site. I would like to edit the 'edit user' block so that I can delete certain information XOOPS is trying to gather, and add other information that I would like to gather for myself. ie- delete out the 'signature' section (since I don't have any messages/forums on my site) and add in a mailing address and phone number section. How do I do this?
