I want to change the very outer boarder color. I have been unable to find where that backgound color exist. I have looked at all the style files in the theme I am using. Seems its not part of the theme. Its the very outter edge of the page that I am refering to.

Also I want to edit the email that users receive when registering with the site and get the activation link to activate the acount. Where can I edit that as well.

i do not know much about your theme but it appears that you do not have a border specified other than by "cellspacing" and "background color" ie: this code is likely is in your theme.html
