Can XOOPS do a mass mailing out to all the Members registered for a site? Of course, the individual emails will be disignated as 'undisclosed recipients' so that everyone who gets the email can't see the email addresses of everyone else, or reply to them all. Can XOOPS handle this? Can it do an HTML email?
