hi out there!

i use xoops-2.0.7 to manage my website for my open-source project on sourceforge.net.

the problem is that i get blank pages occasionally. after hitting reload for a few times (not reproducable!) the page shows as normal. sometimes it only shows half of the page.

i turned on php-debug in the admin-area and it gives me this errormessage:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: notificationenabled() in /home/groups/l/li/librtctimer/htdocs/xoops/html/include/notification_select.php on line 35
