Can somebody tell me how to change the refresh time of the redirection pages?

For example I want to make the "You are not authorzed to veiw this page" appear for longer as I have added some instructions to the wording.

In the system_redirect.html I can see the line

How do I change the of the refresh?

include/functions.php

function redirect_header

If you want to force the delay to be 30 seconds, you could add this line at the beginning of the function:

$time = 30; #*#LONG_REDIRECT#

If you only want to do that for a specific message, you could search the files for that particular call to redirect_header, and change the value of the second parameter.
