i want to setup an online store, is there a module for XOOPS that does that well or should i be looking at a different system?

yes, there's is have you try to search it? look in the download section?

I forgot the module name but i think it's something like:

CommerceOS

OSCommerce - but we have reports that it doesn't work that well.

i did search and found myxoopscart but it looks outdated... also i found the module form of oscommerce but my experience with that is its a bear. Was hoping to find something more mature and easy to customize. ?

what´s with "kshop"? is this a good xoops-module for an online-store?

I tried the different XOOPS Modules and none of them did what an online store should do.

OsCommerce is the only option here. Not that simple, I agree but keep in mind that XOOPS is an exception. Not everything can be so easy to master.

Depending on what you want to sell you can keep your Xoopssite as an product info of support site by putting a link on the OSC site.

is there no way to integrate the osCommerce-shop into xoops? maybe with a wrapper-module?
