Is there anyway to affect the theme/buttons on the Admin Menu?

As topic: I see that in order to allow my contributers to post articles (News) they are given access to a restricted version of the admin menu.

The problem is that that this seems to run on a separate theme with logos, etc to mine. The whole look is utterly different, and this isn't really what I was hoping for.

I guess all u need is in the "/include/cp_functions.php" file.

Also there is some 7dana themes just for the admin area.
