How do I kill the tree style in the forum

I installed the forum, but I do not like the topic and links to the replies, I want the original topic and all the replys one after another.

How do I set them up like the ones here?

happierr, there is a flat forum hack for newbb just look for it and get it done. This hack will work for normal users but not for admin. I got it from this place but dont have the link and nor do i remeber what i did. someone might be able to help you out.
