Well i went to login to the admin section today like i had done 20 min beforehand and it said "This is your first time to enter the administration section. Press the button below to proceed." with two buttons submit and cancel. This is weird cause it isnt my first time, but anyway if you press submit it goes "logging you in" and returns to the same screen, "This is your first time to enter the administration section. Press the button below to proceed."

Press cancel and nothing happens. Any ideas?
I didnt do anything different and did nothing even related to the site in the time it broke

Never mind, i am a complete sap and installed a new firewall.

two things to check
1) did you have a firewall enabled?
2) is cache directory chmo'd 777?
