to put http://www.eclypto.com/xoops-2.0.7/html into JUST eclypto.com

I need to know how to make that bottom scrollbar GO AWAY because I've tried a lot of html and a little of a friends php. It's making me angry .

I had this problem a while back , i had to use iframes , if you search the forums i'm sure you should be able to find an old post on this subject , good hunting.
