I posted or made a custom block and enabled it into the center-center block.

The custom block only show to registered member but I want it to show it to guest and I can't find the option for it.

O boy,

I think I found it

I just have to manualy to all the stuff

1. I have to make a custom block.
2. Go in the group option.
3. Edit each group like Members, WebMaster, Guest, Mod etc.

That takes long, I thought it was all automatically.

I wish the future XOOPS will have the shortcut option during making the custom block show which group has the access right to see it.
