Centering a custom banner in Gooberheadblue theme?

How can i center my banner when i use the gooberheadblue theme.

thats my site, as you can see the banner is not centered, and i've tried using HTML for the banner but < center > isn't working...

What am i supposed to do?

simplify your code:








while you have both the div and table centered you have the image set to align left. remember to update through admin.
