I m wondering what it takes to design this template here at http://dainam.net . Because I think this is very neath and well done. I want to be able to have such news displaying like them at top and some headlines follow beneath it.

For the news module, they certainly do have a very nice follow up news links at bottom while the main news article is showing on top here http://dainam.net/?m=show&id=2942

Please tell me if this is possible in making such theme or it is required more work and hacking? Please shoot your sugguestions my friends because I need your opinion on this. Such a wonderful layout

Anything is possible, but they aren't using XOOPS to do it.

They are using Nephp Publisher, which is a commercial CMS product...starts at $100, and goes to over $500.

Nice thing about Xoops, it's free! And it has many themes to use or customise, plus you can make your own layouts.

If you wanted a layout like that, it could be done, sure, but you'd likely need to learn a bit first. Like, that mouseover menu they have? it's CSS, not normal Javascript.

Rather nice though.
