I have been transfering my old site to my new site prior to releasing the XOOPS version of my site. But I remembered that I need to have a nother logo on the right side of the banner pointing to a different url than my own. Is there and way to do this? The header would need to looks something like MarvelDirectory.com. The reason for this is the user agreement i signed with Marvel.

Edit your theme locally and upload the updated file.
What you want is theme.html, inside /themes/themename/. Then you have to find your header space, usually a table with your current logo and the <{$xoops_banner}> thing, so you just need to create another cell and add your image link code there.
