[NEW] WP_Solaris : a new theme is born

I have created a new theme, which you can see currently on the WolFactory. Put your sunglasses !

This theme is inspired by the Solaris theme for IPB... with some personnal enhancement.

I hope you will like it.

I'll leave it as it is for a while, just for the test, and release whenever I fell it will be ready.

Please let me know your comments...

looks cool, header graphic on top left should be a bit bigger tho, methinks (seems overly dwarfed by the planet and the rest of the theme)
