I have anonymous access blocked on my site. When a user emails a news item to another user via Outlook the recipient receives a link that looks something like this:
http://myxoopsite.com/xoops/modules/news/article.php?storyid=2

The problem is that when the recipient clicks on the link while not being logged into the site the user gets an error indicating that he doesn't have access to the resource. I found out that this is because anonymous access to news is not enabled. Is there a way to have the user redirected to the login page, have the user log in and then redirect the user to the news article ? The emailed link works fine when the user is already logged in but I need it to work in both cases. Any help much appreciated.
