Is there any possible way for me to convert a cgi proxy script to a module for xoops? The specific script is here: http://www.jmarshall.com/tools/cgiproxy/

Thanks!

Since you could get the source codes, it is possible to convert it into a XOOPS module.

Not sure about its usage and applicability though. Even it got converted, there would be of limited use to a community web site like xoops. You would be very likely to get banned by your hosting company for offering the service. The system can be easily abused. (my 2 cents)

I'm actually hosting the site on my own personal server, and I am willing to take the risk of its abuse.(I've already had to ban someone from the server for looking up inappropriate material) If necessary, I could always make that module available to only specific registered users, right?
