Howdy;

A few blatant newbie questions about how the XOOPS front page is configured:

1) Is that "Welcome to XOOPS official website!" section in the top middle a module? How is that configured?

2) The news section in the bottom middle looks like the stock news module; however I haven't found a way to configure the section to display like this, with the title and first text part both showing. What block type is that? Recent news, big story, etc...

Okay, I see how to solve 1) with a custom HTML block. Learned something new today (other than search before posting :P )

Any help with question 2) on news? Thanks!
