Can you load non-module pages?

when you login you got the menu, and you got that main space where module's normally load. Is it possible to load in other pages (like HTML, PHP...etc) in there. Like this:

When the person clicks "Test Page" on the menu.
It loads test_page.html (or test_page.php, whatever works).

I've been using XOOPS for about 2 weeks and I don't know. Thanks for the help.
