how do i get webmasters to only view blocks that i give them? this is really important plz reply asap.

Quite easy.

* Create a custom block.
* Allow everyone to view it
* Disable it for other users in "Groups"

Now only webmasters (or whichever) group should see it.

I would suggest putting only a test phrase in the block until it is set up - a simple "this is a test" will do.

The block can always be renamed and the contents changed later :)
