Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to allow registered users to post articals in the sections part of xoops. I see that Admins can post but I would love to allow everyone who is registered post articals. Maybe admins need to approve it or something. Looking for something kinda like that phpnuke does for its artical managment.
