Does any body know how to add a link to a XOOPS menu?

Under Administration menu/system/templates/system ( click on list) and then
search for system_block_mainmenu.html edit again and just add that..

If you are looking for an easy way to add a number of non-standard XOOPS Menu items, try MultiMenu or a reasonably standard XOOPS look & feel.
