If the page works as a stand-alone page, it will run in XOOPS when wrapped. Run your script outside of XOOPS on the server and see if it's good. The only problems I can imagine are certain javascript functions that might be conflicting with XOOPS if used in your php page. Richard |

| by carnuke on 2004/4/9 7:14:41 Hello Don, I'm not sure if this will help at all... another way to get search results: Google can crawl your site and index those html/php pages tht are not contained in the XOOPS database. To get these displayed, use a module called XoOgle that will search your site with Google and displys the results in your XOOPS site. It's not perfect because there will be discrepancies between th 2 result sets. Just a nother option. I hope someone can help you with the XOOPS search here Richard |
| How To Add Content - Searchable, Wrap HTML and PHP? |
| by cmsguy on 2004/4/9 6:29:15 I have tried my best to find a module that can add the following type of content: 1. Searchable on XOOPS site. 2. Wrap HTML and PHP I have come close but no cigar. I tried both iContent and Freecontent. I liked Freecontent 3.0, but the search capability does not seem to work for me. Does any have any suggestions on how to add content to XOOPS, which is searchable and can wrap HTML and PHP? Is there a module that in fact will do this? Thanks to everyone. Don
