xf-section module : anonymous can vote to articles

i view all configuration in xf-section module but there is no line for not allowed to anonymous users that vot to articles
i want only registered users can vote to articles
any one can help???

for each article i close access to anonymous users to protect them vote to articles.
is there any way in this module that anonymous can read articles but not allowed to vote articles???
