cannot see all pages

hi for past two days i installed from and i cannot see any page. how can i enable visitors top view all my page without registration. is it possible? specially news, polls i want visitors to view and post without registration. i go through all setting preference but i coulnt find any option and if i log off i see only home and it say "sorry i dont have permission to access" anyone please help me!

You missed the GroupRight Settings ...
