Hi StephanI, and welcome to the XOOPS forums!

A Rating module ... Not exactly, however many modules allow rating and comments as part of their functions. Have a look at WF-Sections for example. Go to any XOOPS website including non English sites and hover over the menus, at the same time look in the status bar at the addresses. You will see something like this http://anysite.com/modules/wfsection/....etc. That's one way of easily finding out which module is running off that link
