How do I change the menu label for modules I've added?

I installed xcGallery and it is working great. Howevr, in the main menu it is labelled as xcGallery. How can I change this to 'Image Galerry' I tried to edit the module name but it has no effect.

I'm not exactly sure what you did, but all you have to do is go to system admin, modules and there edit the name of the module. You have to click submit twice before it takes it... hope that helps.

Chado is correct about the name change. After this, you should see the name changed in the modules section of admin, also in other screens in the admin section, like in blocks administration. If it has not changed in admin, it won't change for your web page.
