WF-Section publishes unauthorised modules (a bug?)

I'm happily using WF-Section V1.01a But I seem to have a problem with publishing unauthoriesd articles. When a registered user submits any article it automatically gets published without my authorisation in admin. YES, I have set the configuration option not to do this, (Auto approve submitted articles? =NO )but it makes no difference. Any ideas how to solve this please.
