in some places on the site, that are really "short", like have information that doesnt go all the way down to the bottom of the page, the news archive section for example. on this page, the frame containing the copyright bar stretches right up under where the information left off, it looks rather awkward.

anyone know what i am talking about, or how i could fix it?
