I myself am not the greatest designer, but I'm good at making things look like the customer wants it to - but I need some good guidelines to go by. http://www.webdesignhut.com has a bunch of website templates for $30-$90, which I will convert to XOOPS themes for an additional $100 - provided that the template is bought first at webdesignhut.com. Edit: forgot the url to my own site  even though it's in my signature, it may be overlooked
