| by biglove on 2014/1/3 16:17:20 I cleared each of the caches. I still get new user registrations. I also manually delete the files in xoops_data/cache/ How is it possible that the setting shows correctly in Admin Settings: Notify by email when a new user is registered? set to No but the behavior exhibited is that it's set to Yes? Is there a PHP console or something that would allow me to inspect the global settings? |

| by Mamba on 2014/1/2 18:45:52 in folders located in: /xoops_data/cache/ To clear cache, go to Admin Maintenance: /modules/system/admin.php?fct=maintenance select the three cache folders to clear them, and click on the "submit" button right below it. |

I have this settings: Home> Preferences > User Info Settings Notify by email when a new user is registered? set to No However, I still get new user registrations. Somehow the cache must be storing that data. I have cleared the Cache settings with the tools under the Maintainence tabs. I still get 20+ user registration alerts a day. |
