Anyway, after applying what i could of the fix I can now submit an event and it does not show the wrong date format error BUT the event does not show in teh calendar view, it does say there is events in the DB on admin side. Another error i have noticed is when clicking to edit an event the date will revert to 1/1/1970 which is not good. recurring events not working

- not showing in block todays event and upcoming event

Hi Boogs, welcome to XOOPS!

Try to test the XOOPS 2.5.5 Beta and let us know if it's better with it.

The behavior of dates should be now more consistent. Please also note that you can control the formatting of dates in "Preferences".

But I agree that there is some work to be done in extCal to make it even more consistent. Let's see how it works for you with XOOPS 2.5.5 Beta.

Hi everyone, I have xoops 2.5.4 and extcal 2.37 beta (2) and a few problems i'm hoping someone will be able to help with.

1. The text in the tabs at the top are not showing.
2. When I create an event on say 2012/03/26 and put the start time as 7:00am and finish time as 7:10am the event shows up on the "view calendar month" page as 2012/03/25, but the item description shows 2012/03/26 7:00. If I change the time to 16:00 it will show on the "view calendar month" page as correct as 2012/03/26 and the item description shows 2012/03/26 4:00pm

I am not getting any debug errors.

Any help would be great.
