| by ghia on 2010/6/3 22:58:09 I think most times users are not aware of the staff members in a department. But they know their problem is eg for facturation. All staff members or department leader get the incoming request and can then assign the problem to the member that is best fit or has most time to resolve it. From then on replies go directly to the staff member. |

| by btesec on 2010/6/3 22:10:26 I think what is meant is that a user should be able to assign/select a user name To whom the ticket is intended for, instead of assigning a ticket to a department. I think it should be enabled so it provides flexibility for end users, probably at the admin side so admins can choose which option to provide ie. either Department or a username and/or both so user can choose to assign a ticket to a user or a department. |
