Use a host that allows you to have control over your own databases.

http://www.UltranetDomains.com comes to mind.

Thanks, guys. It worked for me to select just the tables and export it to a sql file.

No, the only requirement is that the tables have a different name. This can be easily obtained by having the 'right' prefix.

Your backup file probably has at the start a statement to create the database. You can edit the file and comment it out. That way the tables will be added to your existing database.
