| by deka87 on 2009/1/28 21:37:44 putting it in a custom block is alright for me. you've got to enable html. to munky2020: do you really doubt it? do you think xoops.org put those ads just for fun? if comparing my site statistics with the statistics of xoops.org I bet they earn over 4,000 USD a month which is heeell good for a free website. let's imagine you have 2,000 visits a day which is 2.000*30 = 60.000 visits a month. let's say the average pageviews/visit is 4, so you've got 60.000*4=240.000 pageviews a month. let's say your website CTR is around 10% (my website's one) and the average pay per click is 0.15 USD. So you have 240.000/10*0.15=3600 USD per month which is additional 43.200 dollars a year...hmm here goes your question...does it make any money? |
