| Login problem (not able to enter into the administration menu) |
| by BSS12 on 2008/12/3 18:21:19 Dear all, After installing Xoops-2.3.1, the website worked quite well (without any error). However, after few days, no user was able to register on the website, even as an administrator I was not able to login to the website. After entering the username & password, message appeared : thanks for logging in :. However, after that the page does automatically direct to the earlier page, i.e. again asking for the login. To resolve the issue, it was tried to upgrade the XOOPS version 2.3.1 to 2.3.2a. However, I was not able to login to the administration menu. Hence, finally fresh installation was made with Xoops-2.3.2. However, still I am not able to login to the administration menu. Kindly advise what steps shall be taken ? Thanks in advance |
