| by Anonymous on 2008/10/15 9:36:37 What XOOPS version are you using? I suspect that the language files (prob global.php) are set to "utf8" rather than one of the "iso" charactersets. |

| by somerussian on 2008/10/15 4:31:06 I have some problems with moving my site to new hosting. I've copied files and base to new place and updated config files. Site is up and working, but data from db on pages is shown as ???????. Both old and new bases have cp1251_general_ci encoding, what the problem? Will appreciate any help :) P.S.
