| by Mamba on 2008/6/30 17:22:40 I went today to all International Support Sites, and saw that we are not consistently deploy latest XOOPS Release, i.e. 2.0.18.1 What would it take to ensure that all International Support Sites have the same XOOPS Release? If this is an issue of manpower, maybe we can define the process where locally we just need to ensure the translation, but then somebody will compile the local release which could be then utilized locally? My concern is that 2.0.18.1 included some important security updates, and if people download still 2.0.16 or lower, we are exposing them to security risks. How could we ensure that all of us have 2.0.18.1 offered locally, and use it as a training for a worldwide release of XOOPS 2.3? |
