| by emitojleyes on 2008/2/4 11:11:37 Hi everyone! I have detected a problem with xhelp version 0.78 (Beta) module. I hope this is the right place to inform a bug, since the link to report bugs doesn't seem to work. The bug is referred with time elapsed. First: When a ticket is created, elapsed time starts and NEVER stops; it keeps counting even when the ticket is closed. Second: When a ticket is assigned to a staff member, the elapsed time remains ALWAYS in 0 and doesn't starts counting... Anyone can help me?? is there a way i can modify it in php files?
