hey guys,

i couldnt find where i could edit the pref. in the forum pref. or sub forum prefs..

does anyone know where i can edit them?

when your registered you can see the newest post in the thread first.

but when your not registered you can see the oldest post followed by the newest?

any ideas?

check your newbb admin, probably module preferences or when you create the forum or under edit forum and set it there. Not able to check my own right now that why it sound more like guessing, but the setting is in your newbb module admin for the module itself or the created forum.

hi quest thanks!

what i meant was the newest reply to a thread is always on top and the original message in the thread is at the bottom.

I am no expert on newbb and am just getting started with it myself, but look in your newbb module admin area probably somewhere in the edit topic for a selection to Make the Topic Sticky. As the site admin/webmaster you should have permission to do this. Making a topic Sticky is supposed to keep it first above other posts.
