| by damaster on 2007/11/5 11:25:58 @sailjapan And do you think that skilled developers, designers, users will join and contributions be done for the pleasure of a few guys running for a second life with virtual seats and titles? Come on. The web has changed. State where XOOPS was left, ask developers about the code, designers about User Interface, users about issues, ideas to improve it. Developers rely on designers who rely on users. All these, and all that - Invite People to 'communicate' openly! Do you thing that a patchwork should be made to get something eye-catch which looks like something else? And find one day that everything is broken and there's no more compatibility. Find your self stuck with your huge site and not be able to migrate your content? ref. Myth branch, Skalpa branch |

by sailjapan on 2007/11/5 11:08:11 Nuno... I haven't the faintest idea about coding. The team I thought we were talking about are not coders. We're trying to develop governance guidelines. I think either I've been replying to the wrong thread, or you and I are just talking about completely different things here. Crip |

| by damaster on 2007/11/5 11:03:15 Sure, if you say so. You plan to close it while I still defend it should be done first openly so the project can benefit from everyone contribution. This is an open source community-driven project or not? Isn't the base code development? Is there an agreement on that !? |
