That shouldn't be too hard from an admin standpoint - just delete the logs or parts of the logs containing user IPs on a regular basis. I used to do this on an Eblah message board - I just had a cronjob delete the log every half hour - and every once in awhile run a cleaning script to overwrite the directory with random ones and zeros. Probably overkill, but hey, people like their privacy. |

The real problem comes with IP tracking, unless users utilise proxies or cloaking service. This is more complicated for the averge user. |
