| by technigrafa on 2006/7/5 19:35:59 Ah ha! I spoke too soon. After chmodding the upgrade folder and waiting a while(not sure why waiting helped) the upgrade script worked. God was smiling on me I guess  Thanks guys for your help! |

| by technigrafa on 2006/7/5 19:11:58 Hmm, I tried to chmod 777 my upgrade/ directory, but that didn't help. Since it sounds like a permission problem, is there anything else I can try changing? mainfile.php, cache/ and templates_c/ are all chmod 777. |

| by Jaypee on 2006/7/5 18:58:52 I don't know if this is the case for you but, when I have gotten this error, it was due to file permissions. I am on a Linux server so, I chmod my PHP files to 644 and that ususally gets me back in business. |
