I subscribe to this question. Is there such a file somewhere? And I have also a further question. Can I define my own codes and add them to the default list? I have in mind some special characters, which have to be input by their Unicode number, or pasted from somewhere else. Such chars are quite often used on my site, and it would be much easier to have a shortcut way to input them. |

| by jegelstaff on 2006/2/17 2:10:13 Hi there, My question is an open question under "Terms and Definitions". Maybe that's not the best place for it. Anyway...here's a link: https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/answer.php?faqid=567 Thanks! --Julian |

| by mongrel on 2006/1/30 22:39:48 Okay, I think I've trimmed it down to just the ones that work. BUT the pain in the butt is that I can't figure out how to display XOOPs code without it actually doing its thing. So, using HTML, I've started the list and set up examples. Unfortunately, this forum doesn't allow html in posts. Go here to see what it looks like. Does anyone know if the FAQs here allow HTML? Which brings up the question I had earlier: Julian, you said you posted an FAQ. I can't find it. Where is it? ALSO: If the XOOPs system knows what to do with the codes we've identified, doesn't it stand to reason that a file somewhere within the XOOPs system itself contains all the codes? |
